Welcome to LN Topup Thailand (“we”, “our”, or “us”). By accessing or using our website and purchasing our digital credit products, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Services Provided

We offer prepaid digital credit vouchers that can be delivered electronically to users via the Lightning Network. Upon successful purchase, credits are processed and sent to the Lightning address (LNURL or invoice) provided by the customer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use our service. By placing an order, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts.

3. Ordering and Delivery

Customers are responsible for entering their correct Lightning address during checkout. Once payment is confirmed:

  • Credits are delivered to the provided LN wallet address.

  • Delivery is typically completed within minutes, but may take up to 1 hour depending on network or system conditions.

4. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in [THB/USD/etc.]. We accept payments via Stripe and other supported gateways. Prices may change at any time without notice.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree not to use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. You must not misuse the website or tamper with the delivery mechanisms.

6. System Availability

While we strive to ensure uptime and fast delivery, we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Technical issues, maintenance, or third-party disruptions may occur.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

  • Mistyped or invalid LN addresses

  • Failure due to wallet incompatibility or third-party API issues

  • Losses caused by misuse of the delivered credits

💳 Refund Policy

Because our products are digital and delivered instantly, we typically do not offer refunds. However, we make exceptions in the following cases:

  • Incorrect amount sent (our system error)

  • Failed delivery due to our platform or API partner (e.g., CoinOS)

  • Duplicate charges

To request a refund, contact us within 24 hours of your purchase at support@lntopup-thailand.com, with your order ID and LN address.

Note: We do not offer refunds for:

  • Mistyped or incorrect LN address by the user

  • “Change of mind” purchases after successful delivery
